Diafine in Copenhagen!

I just walked past Photografica, and looked in the window. Lo an behold! There was some diafine just sitting there!

I have asked and asked at the three best shops here in town, and I guess someone finally listened so this means that if there is demand, they will keep it in stock and we won't have to order it over the internet from france.

I had a nosey round Photografica when I was in Copenhagen earlier this year.

That was a bad idea.

Fortunately the wife hauled me out before I'd bought anything more than (another) bag.

Yeah, that place is dangerous.

They have a black Canon P in really nice condition, and their prices are only slightly exhorbitant.

Photografica - that's the shop opposite a second hand/antiquarian book shop isn't it? They had some 50%(?) off deals on some Leica's and Rollei's when I was there a few weeks ago in August. Not into those (I have to eat) so was not tempted.

They had a summer sale, and the sale included Leicas, Hasselblads, Rolleis, Nikons, Canons, and a bunch of contax stuff.

That was just in the front window. Upstairs is where the danger lies. They had a boatload of deals up there. All their used leica glass was %30 off, all their used hasselblad stuff (except for the XPAN that they have) was 40% off.

Absolutely terrible. No money = GAS all night.

Phew, just came back from Copenhagen about an hour ago (7 hours delay at the airport....) - good that I did not know about that shop, or I might have spent more money in this expensive (but very nice) city than I did anyway...
