There's Amoeba and Recycled Recs on Haight.
No idea about old cameras.

Photographer's Supply on Bryant St. (between 2nd and 3rd St.) might have Diafine.

I think Gasser's still has some. They did a while ago. Occasionally I see one down here on the peninsula, but I don't think you're heading down here just for diafine. Photographer's Supply might have it, too.
