Did anyone buy this bag (ONA Leica)?

Nice looking bag, pretty close to what I've been looking for. A little too structured, though - and much too rich for my blood!

Agree, nice looking bag. However, the bags I like the best use velcro to fasten the flap to the body of the bag. Even though the belt buckles are used in many, especially high end bags, for me, at least, they take too long to unbuckle to get at my stuff. Leaving the flap unbuckled I don't believe is safe as the stuff inside could fall out.

Just my thoughts from my use of shoulder bags.

The buckles have a push button release under the loose ends.

leather is not really practical for pro use - you don't want it getting wet, it can get moldy, it can be heavy and expensive... no thanks, though it's nice looking if you're after that understated posh-luxe look.

That is a pretty, pretty bag. A little big for me but I love the look. Unfortunately the price kills it and I wouldn't want to take it out in the rain - and it rains a lot here. :\

ONA bags are made with quality materials but I find them all too heavy. I have the tiny Bowery and even think that is a tad weighty for it small size. Gets more use as a manbag when I just carry a compact shooter. The larger bags eg. Brixton etc are just too much. I don't like leather bags at all and the price of the Berlin is too rich for me. I do have a Hadley that I use mainly when I need the extra room or when the weather is bad. Had it more than 20 years and it's going strong. Other than that at the original BBB and the BBBe are the ones I use.

What very beautiful bags, but I agree about how they could attract thieves. Although they are in no way aesthetically pleasing, I like the Lowepro bags that have built in, tucked away rain covers, because I often photograph in places with changeable and wild weather.

Thank you for all opinions you provided. I am still considering to get one even though I do not need a new bag now. It is just too pretty. Not sure I could resist it.

Are you referring to their leather bags or waxed canvas bags? Because Ona's waxed canvas Bowery is hardly heavy, especially when compared to the leather version or an equivelant Domke canvas bag.
