Difference between M7 and M7II

Was thinking about getting a med format camera. Are the differences between the Mamiya 7 and 7II enough to warrant the price difference? What are the major differences between the two?

I have a Mamiya 7II. I believe the differences are not great, but include some refinements for usability. Examples are: the knob for the film shield on the bottom of the camera and a couple other small things. Individually, they are not big changes, but taken together, its worth getting the 7II if the price difference is not great. The functionality and image quality is the same for both cameras.
