Difference/s between cron 35 v4 canada vs germany

I am more concerned with optical differences between these two, if any.

About to buy a Canadian one and wanted your advice.

There is no quality difference between Canadian and German made lenses.

The Canadian one will smell vaguely of bacon and maple syrup... while the German will have a tinge of sausage and sauerkraut aroma... but these factors should not affect the image except in extreme back lit situations 😉

I've owned three of these over the years - one german and two canadians - as with many things optical, there was sample to sample variation.

I ended up keeping one of the canadians, it's absolutely stellar optically, the other two were so so.

So I would say this it's more important to find a good one, then where it's made.
