That describes the photographer looking at the obtained image in the rear LCD screen after taking the shot (usually after each photo).

Someone takes some shots of a group, they all then cluster around the LCD to have a look, and they all go "OOOH! AAAAHHHH! OH OH OH!" Sounding like a bunch of monkeys at a banana stand.

Look down at the little screen, form your lips into a loose pucker, say "oh", and have someone take a picture of you while you do that 🙂 A little headscratch would probably complete the transformation.
