Some people are having problems getting a diopter adapter lens for the XPro 1. The adapters for the Nikon FM2 FM3 work but are not listed in the Nikon Catalogue, apparently. BUT they are listed in the catalogue for the Monarch series of Nikon rifle scopes. When you get one they are still actually in the box maked for FM2 series cameras! Thanks to D&P Photo in Gosforth England +441912130060 for the information and getting a +3 lens for me

Voigtlander diopters will fit as well, they are 3x cheaper than Fuji branded ones.

I have two X-Pros and had no trouble finding +3 diopters at Adorama. I haven't tried B&H.

Correction: I bought the +3 diopters from Amazon.

Would a +3 diopter be the same correction as +2 for reading glasses?

Could be, since default "normal" for many cameras is -1. My prescription is something like +2.25 and +3 is about right for me. You can always order two and return one.

Nikon diopters have calculated into their values the default -1 of the finder. For example, I need the finder to be not -1 but "0", so the diopter I use has "0" on it. So, if you need a +2, just buy a +2 diopter.
