I'm guilty! Seems I can a little loose with the CC after a few glasses of wine. I seem to find a reason to buy!
I'm speaking of buying from your residence and using the internet!
How about you?

I never drink alcohol, ever. Booze In --> Brains Out. I like being able to think for myself.

Damn, so that's how I ended up with an M.

Contrary to Chris' post above - I can think just fine for myself after one drink - that said, would I trust myself to pilot an aircraft, attempt quantum physics calculations, or perform any type of surgical procedure (or have one done to me) after one drink? Nope.
Will I buy stuff after having a drink or two? not on a whim - the likelihood is that whatever I was considering purchasing would be purchased regardless if I had a drink or not.
Never did it here or with ebay or any other form of retail
Cheers,
Dave

Hi Chris!
I can sometimes get creative bursts of energy after a glass or two of wine!
Matter of fact I've had a few clients who were stiff and nervous and after a glass of wine and a visit to get to know each other, it has always been a rewarding experience for both of us. This usually happens with a young couple who are getting married. Never with families, especially when children are present.

Once this was true, but no longer. I bought late-night fountain pens from Japan, knives from Pakistan, watches from the Middle East....
Now I belong to a organization you can find near the beginning of the phonebook, as Craig Ferguson puts it. Oddly, though, my return to photography and acquisition of more camera gear than a photographer absolutely needs has occurred during this wonderful period of spiritual and emotional clarity. To put it another way, though, sobriety is not an antidote to GAS. Or yet another way (and the one I select for myself), I reached a point where I made a happy choice to spend discretionary income on the image-making permanencies of Leica, Ricoh, Fuji rather than on the oblivion-inducing ephemeralities of Sauza, Glenmorangie, artisan brew and pinot noir.

A little bit. If I've been considering a purchase for a while, a couple of drinks can loosen the wallet clasp a touch.

Don't ask this question of a sailor...
There are a few things I *haven't* bought after a few glasses.
These days, if I have any alcohol at all, it's a beer or a glass of very good whiskey but no inebriation for me any more. My liver is a landlubber these days.

Nope never... when I'm drinking, I'm usually not concerned with anything but purchasing another drink or perhaps some food.

I can't afford to drink these days, so the chances of that happening are slim to none. ! All purchases, online or other are well considered.

Really? You escaped the February meetup without buying anything? I was borderline broke and still bought a box of stuff! (probably due in-part to the Maker's Mark in my glass and the contents of the box of course.)
