I bought yesterday a Digilux 2. Why do you like it?

M2 and an M6 LHSA. Used a IIIf red dial as a trade in to get the M6. Loved the IIIF but as a glass wearer, it was a bit squinty.

Only have 1 that I've had for 45 years- the M2 silver. Will never part with it.
I had it CLA'd by Youxin in 2013 and it will last for years and years. The camera
is one of my favorites and I enjoy it with the 50/f2 Summicron.

Raid,

I bought another black SL2 that is thoroughly beaten up. Mucho dents and so worn that the lens mount need replacement, but the meter works, is accurate, and the prism is clean. This SL2 is an ugly one, but it is cool.

Also a black R8 is coming my way.

Currently have only M4-P.

Haha cheers. So far my M2 "feels" the best in operation (film advance lever etc), however I prefer using the M6 due to the practicality of the inbuilt meter. The IIIa is a good conversation starter as people are surprised it works it's "so old". I probably won't end up using it very much as the other cameras feel more practical. The MD-2 I will pair with a wide angle skopar I have on the way.
