Do you have a rear cap? or....

No caps

No caps

Best cap for my S2 is a 50 mm f2, and perfect rear cap for my lens is ...the S2.
I think caps is only for collector, nikon rf are very enjoyful to use, without caps obviusly.

Price Rise

Price Rise

The Hansa rear lens caps have gone up in price from 2,572 yen to 3,570 yen. Quite a hefty jump for such a little cap

Edited to add: the Hansa caps are bayonet style and made of aluminium. They're very well made, very precise fit. The one pictured below is an internal mount type, but Hansa also makes two types of external mount caps for wides and teles.

 Too expensive! I'd better use my DIY rear cap, but that one looks truly nice...
Are the Hansa rearcaps for wide lenses fit on 3.5cm/1.8 ? As you already know, 3.5cm/1.8 needs little more long rearcap than another wide lenses.

DIY will do the job just fine! The Hansa caps do look pretty though ...

The Hansa cap for wide angle lenses will fit the 3.5cm/1.8, but so will the Voigtlander lens rear cap that comes on the CV S-mount lenses (that's what I have on mine). The CV lens rear cap is about 700 yen, so you can buy 5 for the price of 1 Hansa lens rear cap.
