No, no credit card debt after paying off the bill at the end of the month. I see nothing wrong with using someone else's money free for a month so long as the balance is paid in full each month.

Simple answer to question, no, I always pay in full at end of month.
But as a side issue, I have just changed my SLR system from Minolta to Olympus. I had a LOT of Minolta gear accumulated over many years and have been selling on ebay. It's only when you do an exercise like this that you realise how much you have spent on bits and pieces, the odd filter here, the odd lens there and how little of it you really need on a regular basis.
I now have a fairly empty cupboard (well, 2 Minolta SLRs and three lenses) and a very healthy Paypal account.

I used a credit card when moved to Norway; settling up with family in other part of the world can get expensive, so the card had some debt for a while. We still have small debt from purchases almost every month, but not so big that it couldn't be covered with our savings.
A lot of people here suggest going cold turkey on CC, but it is a very useful tool for many situations. For instance, with buying gear they can help you claim money back in case of fraud. Get scammed on anything valued as say average leica lens, and it can easily exceed a few annual interests you'd pay on credit card.
It pays better to just research your expenses, plan family budget and keep your net worth above zero.

I used to. Now I don't have debt. I no longer buy Leica gear. I'm done with buying rangefinder cameras and lenses and now I want to enjoy them.

No. I'd almost say: "Of course not."
Maybe I'm not normal but IMO one must take his/her responsibilities and keep one's expenses in check and one's balance in order. That means that I have to control my GAS and make sure I have money to pay my expenses, and some left in case of emergency. But that's just me, of course.
