Does this Sonnar 5cm f/2 have genuine glass?

These reflections on the glass of a pre-war Sonnar 5cm look suspicious. What do you think? Is it genuine, or possibly a transplant from another later lens?

could this be a J8 lens cell? the color kinda reminds me of my ltm J8

This is what came in my mind. Also the original CZJ Sonnar has a less curvy front element.
