Does your NEX7 Freeze up?

My wife took photos at an event tonight and told me the camera froze up and she couldn't take another photo or view photos. She finally pulled the battery out and put it back in after a few minutes and the camera worked once again.

Anyone else have any Freezing up problems with their NEX7?

If your wife isn't a person who can operate gear same or better or you, I wouldn't be worried, being in your place. Sometimes people press buttons without having clue of this and all they can say is "damn thing just locked up". Having background in IT support I first check how competent is person and ask to reproduce issue. Good part of issues are ones created by submitters. I know, there are real issues not appearing on demand and yes, camera should respond to pressing release button if anything else is locked, but still - if she can't exactly describe what she did before arriving to lock-up there's chance it's an user error. Probably will never experience again. Get it again and then start to worry.
