Domestic Symphony

Michael, when I read your words yesterday I was ashamed. Thank you... really.

Robert, it's a pleasure read your words again. Thank you!

Tim thank you for your words!

Thank you very much Larry for your words also.

Today I will share with you a portrait of my couple, who is also the mother of my sons and daughter. I didn't share with you a portrait of her before, but it was time to do.

I made this portrait yesterday, in a little time we had to take a black tea together. Between work and sons we don't have time to be in this way, so we appreciated it a lot. Small times can be big times. :)

Small good moments in our lives are very precious! And this is a beautiful portrait! The light is beautiful for the subject!

Thank you dourbalistar!

One more: it was a friday afternoon and my son came really angry from school. Angry, sad, dark... he had a problem with his friend. So he was in silence all the time, in his world...

After a long time we get to bring him back to us, but it was after a long time listening to him, to his heart, talking from heart to heart, in silence...

I had my camera with me and I said him it was a feeling we need to remenber, LIFE isn't a "pink" colored world... and he agreed, so I made this portrait.

Very nice composition, even the framing says, "Give me my space!"

dourbalistar, yes it was the idea! Thank you!

jmilkins, thank you very much.

The past sunday afternoon I made a self-portrait. I think it is a very different to the pictures of the "symphony" and maybe it can not be a part of it... I don't know.

Another winner. Love the balance of you and the cat. The story of being at the edges of images, disappearing, absorbing moments, capturing them as they develop around you.

Thank you very much froyd!

Today I will share with you a very personal selfportrait... here you have it:

The storm was coming but temperature was high, around 27ºC and we decided to swim in the sea, like other people who was in the beach.

Thank you very much Robert and Lynn.

Today I have selected a photo I made in 2017 (April). I like this photo a lot. Maybe it is too simple for you...

Here you have it:

A beautiful picture with a very 1930s feel to it. My favourite of all you have shown.

Cheers,

R.

Thank you very much Roger! It is one of my favourite also.

One more: this one I made whe we were walking in the seashore after the sunset.

Thank you very much for your kind words HHPhoto, davidnewtonguitars and Mlehrman.

Mlehrman, your words are the best words I can "read" about my photos... I feel in a really special way when I read your words. Thank you...

Another two photos from the same "swimming-afternoon".
Both brothers were enjoying a lot. But they are really different worlds, so they have different "looks".
