Domke F-6, Big enough for me?

I used the bag in India, with the 4 compartment insert. I had a Mamiya 7 body with 80mm and 43mm lenses, as well as an Olympus OM4t with 50mm and 85mm lenses. I think it should work for you.
 
Right now, my F-6 has two M6 bodies, one with 135 2.8 elmarit, the other with 35 1.4 pre-asph. As Nulbis said, this works with the two compartment insert. One compartment has a 75 1.4 and a 21 2.8 mounted back to back; the other has a 50 summicron and a 90 summicron mounted back to back. The bag also holds 4 rolls of Arista 400 36 exp. and two Vivtar 2800 flash units. A bit heavy, until you take the two cameras out.
 
I have an F-6, and they make 3 different inserts for it. The 4-compartment (included with the bag), the 2-compartment (half the four) and a 1-compartment (half the four, without a divider). They were cheap enough that I got all 3 inserts. You can fit the Leica with the 50 (depends on your 50, of course) in the single compartment insert on its side, leaving you lots of space for your SLR. It fits quite a lot, and if you have all the inserts, you can change your setup easily for any given outing. I'm going to take it to Europe next week with just the 2-insert, my digital P&S in one side, and the rest acting as a man-purse for umbrella, jacket, etc.

You can hold all that, plus flash, P&S, lens, and a newspaper. Admittedly, the Leica 50 should be collapsible if mounted when using the 4-section insert. The F-6 trick is shoving the insert to one end, thus creating another (large) space for an SLR. Note the Contax RTS III, shown below w/ 50/1.4, has professional dimensions. :)

For two bodies with two extra lenses (four total), I also recommend the 2x insert. It will work fine. Unless you want to carry tons of film, you should have enough space in the front and back pockets.

The F-3 and F-6 are approximately the same overall size (footprint).
The F-3 adds pouches at both ends but has a smaller main compartment.
However it should be large enough to fit the stated requirements, depending on the size of your SLR.
I saw no mention by the OP about the need for more room for additional lenses, etc.

I debated the F-3 vs. the F-6 for a kit consisting of one SLR body with lens plus 1-2 additional lenses.
I decided the F-6 would be too big for my needs and purchased an olive F-3.

Another consideration was the F-3 one buckle vs. F-6 two buckle flap opening.
Since speed can be critical that extra snap could mean a missed shot.

You can get that much in it, and a lot more. Here's my F6 with an M8, M7, 21mm ASPH, 28MM Summicron, 35mm ASPH, a 50/2, film, batteries, accessory finders, cleaning cloths & brush, and a D-Lux 4 in the pouch. (And one more lens--I forget which one.) The film boxes fit nicely under the lenses.

Edit: This picture may be more helpful. Once again the Domke F6, this time with one M6 with 50mm Summicron; and Nikon F3 with 50mm f/1.4. There's enough room for a larger lens on the Nikon.

The two compartment insert, mentioned above, is a good suggestion for the intended cargo. Even better might be a two-compartment insert plus a one-compartment insert; the latter as a place for the M6 with practically any lens.

no, i have a F-2, can only have one camera with mounted lens, another body must be unmounted. but the side pocket will take meter and films, back packet can take grey card and white board, the front pockets can take p&s small camera.

i used the f-2 for over 10 years, good value. f-6 is too small for 2 cameras.

You can only get one camera, with lens, in an F2? I can get 6 M-Leicas with lenses, plus one more without lens. And that's a IIIc in the right front pocket. I left the other front pocket empty, as well as the side pockets. Gotta have someplace to put the film! :D

Looking at these photos IMO the F-6 is probably larger than you need for your stated requirements.

Like a fishing tackle box or ladies purse additional space inevitably gets filled up with seldom/never used crap.
