Sometimes that's a sign of being in a funk. Usually includes the frozen finger syndrome, too. But I actually have been shooting a lot. Just not talking or posting much as of late. Probably temporary.

Akiva...hey, same here sometimes. No funk for me. Just tired, brain tired too. But it doesn't last long.

Good to hear you shooting a lot which is a bit more than I am doing. I just need to get my brain in gear. Hope that is all you need, too.;)

... but I do find it intersting that you chose to post a message about why you don't feel like posing messages. :)

We creative types get that way often. Sometimes it's okay to be quiet.
And sometimes it is not o.k. to be quiet.

I worked for a place that had experienced some thefts. The boss interviewed all the employees about it. A couple years later, my best friend who worked there, told me that another employee thought I might be guilty. She had told the boss that I'm one of those "quiet types that one day would climb a tower and start shooting people." So far, I've only shot people with a camera. :D

Sometimes you just need to back away from this place. I did it a couple of months ago when I realised that certain threads and some topics were actually making me angry ... which is ridiculous ... it's the internet for ****'s sake and you don't have to get involved!

It clears the head and you come back refreshed feeling like you actually want to be here chatting with your mates again.

You don't feel like "talking" but you're here with us? You just put a smile on my face.

(Of course at 12:15am with several more hours of work in what's already a 17-hour day, perhaps it's delirium doing the "talking" for me. I hope my client tomorrow appreciates my lack of sleep.)
