Around here, we pick it up at the local supermarket... if you never used any, just don't touch it with your bare hands! You will get severely burned.😱

yeah. they had it in the supermarket just after the checkout. i always thought it was a chemistry supply kind of a thing, but apparently i grew up in antediluvian times

this stuff is totally unknown to people where I live, but I have seen some cool movies on youtube where people used it to straigthen out dents in cars!

The idea is that the metal around the dent is cooled down so much that it shrinks and effectively makes the dent 'pop back up' into shape.

And, cool shots too!

lol. my kids insisted on using hot water. i had a friend ask "why no dry ice bombs?" perhaps i was lucky we didn't have any plastic bottles at hand.

:-D I remember an ice cream shop that used to give some cubes of dry ice when you bought a big bowl of ice cream, to keep it cool while returning home.

It was the '80s, today they would get sued if somebody get an iceburn...
never seen this funny thing again.... :-(
