I will be traveling to Dublin for a niece’s wedding in August. Are there any camera stores or other photography related things I should be checking out?

Try: Home - Photo Museum Ireland for exhibitions and suchlike. A few shops (Grafton Street has one) but no doubt you will get better informed answers too.
