Dust in DSLR

Back a few years ago I do a lot of film developing and printing in the garage. Since then I sell changing bags on eBay. Last year I moved into DSLR. Has to say getting more productive, though like everyone, CMOS sensor suffers dust problem. Been hold professional cleaning like Jessops costs £30+, yet there isn’t one available in my town to take the job. I invested on a cleaning kit, including Giottos Q Ball Air Dust Blower, SpeckGrabber, Eclipse E2, Sensor Swab, which does a good job. (Detail on how to do this on my blog:

Funny enough I never realise I have already had a tool and I actually regularly flog it on eBay!

Wintoid’s post reminds me to use it on changing lenses in a dusty environment. Little practices needed to align the lenses against camera body though.
