Dynamic Korea

Thanks for sharing these wonderful fotos. No dog meat for me. A nice T-bone will do just fine -

EDIT: Judging from all the food it must be South Korea...

Ha ;)! I'm a fan of your work too Jon. I'm not so patiently waiting on the 36 rolls I shot in Cambodia to arrive. They should have been here days ago.

How I came that I missed this thread so far ? Must have been because of me moving to Tokyo at that time ...

Very well done work of photography, Sir !! :)

Excellent work in a very pretty land.
It's been over 40 years since I've been there and your images are just the push I need to get back.
Enjoy Vietnam !

Nice seeing this thread again, and the new photos as well. I often miss the Korea I knew 20 some years ago. It looks like part of it still exists. I used to love the temple areas in the mountains. So picturesque and quiet.

I was interested in the terraced areas. I don't remember seeing terracing quite like that. Terracing I remember was less consistent.

Again, thanks for sharing.

EDIT: I meant to comment on your use of the Fuji. When I was there, I carried a kit with a Fujica ST 901, a bevy of lenses and accessories, and my Super Press 23 and 100mm lens (all I had back then the first time, but later added the 65mm). It was heavy, but I was younger and stronger. It was wonderful having the Press. I usually used it for b/w as I could process that and enlarge it myself in the Army craft shops. But sometimes I wanted color as well. I have never had a 6x9 back. I do have a 6x9 Zeiss Ikon. You can just about contact print those with great results. Even though a little extra weight, I think you have made a correct decision.

Only now I have discovered your thread. Great work - I enjoyed a lot. As previously said some of the images really give the feel of the places.
