i need help with this developer. i tried to develop efke 50 with it and i used official efke times. but results were not so great. i got better results with some no-name developer i used before. i tried few times to change time but i never get pleasing results. i was wandering if there is someone with more experience with this developer. and i am also interested in times for using this developer with other films (foma, ilford, agfa...) i must use fr16 because in serbia we dont have other( and if someone have it its too expensive
)
thanks in advance.

Can you explain just how the results were disappointing? I'll look up fr16 and see what it's like.

Covjek koji koristi FR16 za razvijanje filmova ne da nije profesionalac
nego nije niti napredni amater

It sounds like you are either under exposing or under developing.
Your best bet is to do some testing to determine the optimum EI for your process.
See Allan's Technical Photography Wiki for some good info on EI testing.
