Ektar in your M camera???

No luck

No luck

I tried. I tried real hard. I could not get Ektar 100 to fit in Bigfoot or Bubba. 😱 😀

What's wrong with this film? It won't fit in an M5. :bang:

We are a bunch of gear heads. 😕

Anyone tried pushing this to 400? Wonder how it would respond to the increase in speed as I just bought a few rolls but with the weather in the UK i'm worried 100asa will be a bit slow for some of my work.

When you find a lab willing to try push processing (aka ASA 400) please tell us where it is.

Perhaps by then I will have figured out how to load Ektar 100 into Bigfoot and Bubba.

Like most C41 films, it doesn't really take too kindly to underexposure.

You would have to find a true chemical push, which means finding someone NOT just throwing it in a frontier/noritsu. Look for labs that list a Refrema as their processor, since that should give more control.

Curious to see the results. Personally, I'd rather throw one of the excellent 400 speed films in, rather than push the 100. But it's always good to have options. 🙂

Aye! There are too many good 400 and 800 films around to go mucking about with a perfectly gorgeous 100 film. Personally, I reckon the 400 films are great 200-250 films and the 800 films are great 400-650 films.

Has anyone exposed Ektar 100 below 100? I really like Fuji Reala 100 at 80. What does a bit of overexposure do for Ektar 100?

I'll get this stuff loaded into Bigfoot if it kills me. But first..........

...it's going in the Pentax 6x7. Drool! 😉
