It is, imaginatively, called Eastern Europe: Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Poland. Life Press, 1965.
I don’t imagine it is common, and there are no copies on abebooks.com.
One other thing; Found Not Lost would be one of his best collections and the tonal reproduction is stunning, but a number of the best photos are reproduced across the gutter. Frustrating.

He was one of a kind. He apparently enjoyed his life. Sad that it is over but it's great that he left so many enjoyable moments for others to enjoy.

Only for those with a deep archive and matching resources. It’s a really beautiful place; quite sad that the real estate listing implies that they expect that the buyer will demolish and rebuild. I suppose that’s how things go there.
I also notice that for all of EEs anti-digital attitude, there is a giant Epson printer in his studio. Funny.
