Just about ANY dealer of used Leica. KEH, George Ury, Sherry Krauter, DAG, Ritz Collectibles, probably even B&H and Adorama. You're looking for a Leica 36mm cap.

Tomscameras on Ebay sells them, I've bought several. They are a kind of spun material - I think it's aluminium-filled plastic. Not the genuine Leica part but they work pefectly well.
