Emailing KEH?

I have heard many good reports about KEH. However, I have been trying to get some additional info from them by email about an item they have for sale, can't seem to get a reply. Am I doing something wrong? Does anyone have an email address that works? My emails are not being bounced --- I just don't get replies 🙁

what email are you sending to? sales@keh.com? I've been in contact with them a few times over the past few days regarding the purchase of something... I'm getting about 1 email a day though...

If you want to email or PM on what you want to know I'll call them for you and ask some questions. Sometimes they need to go pull the item and then you call back the next day...
