not really…both of those shots could be sharper, i think.

i wonder if i'm comparing to the fuji? fuji seems to have a sharpness all their own.

I do often spend 5 minutes or so in processing the raw files but as I mentioned elsewhere if you set the EOS M to basic AF settings and use Program exposure 😱 then the little camera rarely disappoints.

Unless it's something really close then the scale focus is plenty good enough with a 24mm which has enormous DOF at f5.6 or 8.
