epson photo raw grain

hi,

i use epson photo raw, i shoot raw and then convert to jpeg,issue is i cant get grain and contrast which i see on epson photo raw, tried converting with least dpi and quality but no grain and contrast at all, kinda annoying you see it but cant get it. any suggestions?thanks...
