Epson V700 not powering on properly

Hey, i recently picked up a v700, when it finally arrived the sender didn't slide the 2 locks in, and i guess didn't package it that well. when i first got it, the top scanner and silver bar were both out of alignment. when i powered up the scanner, the top crookedness fixed itself and aligned properly, but wont properly start up, heres 2 iphone clips of what happens when i try and start it up. Any help is appreciated

What sequences of flashes does the power light give you when you power it up? Have you looked up that sequence in the electronic manual that was installed on your computer when you installed the driver?

Don't mess with it anymore and contact the seller immediately. He could try to blame it on you, if you try repairing it yourself.
