picnic like it's 1999
Hey Sanders- thanks for posting the shot of Milton. He was a good man, and I shall miss him, too. Kentucky is treating me pretty well; I excercise one or both of my M3's nearly every day. Spring has sprung.
BTW- I got a chance to fool with one of those Nikkor 50mm lenses a while ago, and I was really impressed with it's close up performance. I'm delighted to see you making the most of yours.

Sanders,
Yet again you produce the goods!
I seem to remember (along with others) warning you about the slippery slope that is Leica gear, but you just don't listen
I think the M3 is a great choice with a 50mm lens, and you seem to like that focal length, so why not?
Incidentally, I didn't know you were related to Angela Landsbury.......... or, to put it another way (and I think this is a restatement) do you actually know any plain looking women?

Sanders,
I'd been wondering when you'd next post and you didn't disappoint. It doesn't seem to matter what camera you use, your portraits are great no matter what.

congratulations with m3
I had same experience though first camera was M4
Anyway, I suggest to buy all three lenses as you want. It doesn't cost a lot. Not much over $1000 when you buy them as used. All four lenses look quite tasty for me. I buy all them when I afford
