Please don't take Berlin as an proposal for official Euro meet.
We are going there for sure as we would all like to see the exhibition and will be happy to meet members from Berlin and eventually from elsewhere as well.

for me any place is fine.
maybe we should fix the date asap... company last year was no doubt superb, but wouldn't mind to see more people attending...

I find any place in Russia as inappropriate as it can be currently. I avoid getting too political. But if you are from the Netherlands, MH-17 should still be in your mind.

Don't judge a country by its leaders please.
If you think like this you hardly can go anywhere any more and many people won't come to the Netherlands any more.

Ok, I judge the country by its people: The Russian people back their leader's policy of destabilizing Ukraine predominantly (about 90%). In clear words: They support their government's war against Ukraine. If you do not mind, that is perfectly ok for me. I do mind and will never in my life put one foot on Russian Ground. That's me (having some relatives in Ukraine).

I disagree. No problems here to travel to most destinations within the EU as well as to several other countries in the world. Again: If it makes no difference for you where to travel that's fine. For me it makes a difference.

Hi,

Trouble is; if you don't go because of past or present politics or politicians then most places are off the list. In any case, you're not going to meet and greet the politicians but other RFFers...

Just my 2d worth.

Regards, David

As soon as we have enough feedback, I will put the leading 12 cities up for voting in a proper poll...

And of course, I'm just doing this because no one else seems to be willing... If you have any suggestion on how to run this better, please feel free to contribute!

My son and I are planning on coming to Europe sometime this summer (England, France, Belgium and Germany.)

If we're there, we'd love to come and meet fellow RFF'ers!

Best wishes from the States.

Don
