i was looking at the metadata for some files when i was using a flash recently and found that the camera data lists the flash as "no function."

also, metering mode is listed as "center weighted." is this the only metering mode available on the rd1s?

Center weighted is the only metering mode available the camera has. There is also no conection between lens and camera si no focal distance or aperture value info is shown.
I can only see the shutter speed value, shooting mode and ISO.
