I suppose one advantage of using the brightline finder on an SLR would be the ability to see what's just entering your field of view, but is still outside the frame lines. This could be of some advantage in fast-changing situations such as street shooting, and is one of the oft-touted benefits of shooting with a RF camera. Personally, I've mostly found that advantage to be theoretical. YMMV.
I just open my left eye if I want to see a larger field when using an SLR. (I'm a right-eyed camera user). Of course, this doesn't really work so well with an ultra-wide lens.

I have one of these with my Brooks Veriwide 100. With its 47mm super angulon 5.6 supposed to be similar to 18mm in 35mm speak. How is this finder different from the 21mm SBKOO?

I failed to mention the connection to this thread. That is ...would there be any difference to mounting the veriwide 100 VF as opposed to what seems to be the 21mm SBKOO.
