How is the tick compared to other watches in this price range? Quartz vs. Mechanical? Am I telling the world I care less about time if I don't have a mechanical watch? Does quartz make me a hack?

You can have a Phone App for that... but, the one I tried was poorly designed. it worked, the GUI was confusing.
