Faces to names

...and below's four years ago in Egypt.

I'm 34, so in between categories right ? :) :) :)

oh....pic was also taken with an RF..a canonet....you can see in my hand just barely the M2 i was shooting with that day :) ok, enough camera geekiness

I enjoyed this thread thread so much I couldn't rightly not join in..
(I dont think I'll ever get over the fact FrankS isn't his his avatar though!)
One of the few of me I have...

A self-portrait a few months ago. I cut my hair myself, so I take pictures from the sides to see how I'm going.

I would've liked to keep the "ears" but you can imagine what my wife said when I told her about it. :(

I feel sorry for your wife. :) You look like the devil in that shot. Pretty cool IMO.

If you really want to see a picture of me, I direct you to my site: A Picture of BJ

The picture was taken in Nice, France at the end of this past November. I had to search through the picture archives to find one where:
(a) I wasn't frowning, clowning, or pouting about having my picture taken, and
(b) I looked good!

To Manolo, Vincent, and Tom: you may not recognise me, 'cause I've lost a little weight! Click here to see the picture of yourselves with the bigger version of myself from four months ago, when we met in London.

Cheers,
BJ

My 8 year old daughter grabbed my M2 to test out my new 90mm Tele-Elmarit. She has the rangefinder patch down cold. The 90mm framelines, however, need a little work.

Response: "Dad, I had you in the viewfinder!"

Look at the bright side - my 4 year old son likes to balance my cameras by holding the front of the lens against his chin while he looks through the VF at dad... :D

Captured by my daughter.

At the time of this shot, she had just turned 7 years old. She was shooting my Eos 300D. She didn't get how to do the auto-focus thing so I taught her to press and shoot two shots.

You see me while I was shooting the Pass-the-camera Canonet on the very day Pherdinand (nr 1 on the list, of course) passed it on to me (nr 2 on the list. Hurray!).

Historic RFF shot! :)

<----- Me with one of the schools Cambo 4x5 cameras. Taken in the bathroom mirror at home. Note the reading glasses up on top, now needed to focus.

My wife just expressed a concern that "Hoochies will send you e-mail" now that they've seen my face. I assured her that "Hoochies" don't use rangefinder cameras.

If you feel like sharing, please use this thread to post a self portrait, so we can put faces to the names of the folks we talk with here at RFF. :)
My best self-portrait so far:
