Fair price for 35/1.7

I'm on the market for a used Ultron 35/1.7. I remember that the lens sold new for around $370. What is the current fair price for it?

I've been watching these lenses the last few months. They seem to be most frequently offered for $450-550+, though most go unsold at that price. Not enough seem to sell successfully to have a good sense of typical value

The 2.5s seem to be offered more frequently, selling closer to $350-425.
