Family in striped shirts on boardwalk - who can ID?

This picture was used in a meme saying "Genetics: This is how it works". When I saw the meme, I seemed to recall having seen the picture before. It looks like it was taken in France as per the flag in background. I believe Deauville has a boardwalk like the one in the picture. Can anybody ID the original source of the picture?

If anybody is intertested, the photographer is René Maltête. Someone posted a reply here with this fact but then deleted it. In any case, thank you to the person who answered my query.
