Hi,

I don't know about mainland Europe but I've seen them at festivals in the UK for about 10 years or so, possibly longer.

It was pouring rain and we took shelter at the small coffee shop at the corner of a small street in the old part of Oslo. We sat by a window, so I took some photos of my family at window light.

After rain there is sunshine, and it was a nice place for walking around in Oslo.
