Just curious what your favorite is. I hear Tri-X around here all the time but I'm sure there are others which are liked here too... no?

So what's your current favorite?

I have found that it depends on format. I really like FP4 (and HP5 for that matter) in 120, but I am not a big fan of either in 35mm. For the smaller format, I have been keeping to Tri-X. I also love the results I've seen from Neopan 1600, and look forward to trying some in the next few weeks.

My favorite is Ilford 125 (in 35mm, 120, and 4x5), but am getting fond of Acros 100 especially in 120. I've yet to get a roll of Tri-X shot, but am getting ready to test a few rolls in 35mm for a project where it seems advisable.

I'm really on the fence with it comes to TMAX 400, I shoot a lot of it, and like how easy it is to scan, but haven't decided how I feel about it. This is part of why I want to get Tri-X a try.

I also use Delta 100 (for some reason I seem to have an excess of it) and though it barely counts Ilford XP2.

I am getting ready to give both Kodak and Ilford 3200 film a try for a project in a couple weeks. I'll either use it, or push Tri-X or TMAX.

In 120 I like Neopan 400...probably move to Acros 100 when I run out of 400...
35mm...APX 100, LegacyPro 400, Neopan 400, Acros 100, Tri-X, Plus-X...

Down to two developers...Rodinal & HC-110
