Fed 5B missing tripod screws on the bottom.... HELP!!

I just got a Fed 5B on ebay and the circle piece on the bottom of my camera where the tripod screws in is missing... does anyone know where I can get a replacement? or anything else so I can use it with a tripod? I know it was made for a 3/8'' tripod, but I can grab a 1/4'' adapter if necessary.

Actually the FED 5 has a 1/4" bush anyway. I have one on a spares body if you're stuck for one. PM me if you want...
