Well I should be able to dial it in now, I only had two rolls to start that I got off someone, and wasn’t thrilled with the first go so have been saving the second to see if it was going to actually get released before spending the time.

Here are the best of the 37 shots. Some of them was my fault, I forgot to set the ASA on the M6 and shot at 125 (the previous roll). I really do not like these photos, any comment or advice?

Ferrania seems to be doing the P30 fulfillment very proactively. I sent a reservation for five rolls into the queue by email just a couple of days ago, and I just received my invoice for them. Hopefully they'll be here shortly and I'll pull out the M4-2 or Leicaflex SL to play.

The last one looks great to me. In the one with the ladies and the ship, contrast seems too high for either the film/processing or just for the scanner. The rest look plain underexposed to me but some seem to go for this look. Sort of like what you get when exposing for the highlights on digital and not pushing up the shadows and mids in post.

THANKS, I think the stand development does that.

Is that the /XX number after the film on the order? If so I'm order #63. Same...

I am order #41.
Did I read somewhere (or maybe I imagined it), that shipment will begin on Monday (the 29th)? I must re-check the conformation email.

The photo of the ladies have been selected in Flickr's Explore and is getting lots of views and faves. I am really surprised. The one with the bushes and the oak tree titled Open Arms is also in Explore. Go figure, I guess it is the Ferrania P30 effect. :bang:

Here is the second roll of P30 just developed and scanned
Here is the second roll of P30 just developed and scanned
I used Rodinal (3.5 mL) plus distilled water to make 350mL of developer. Agitated for one minute by rotating the reels. Then at minute 25, I did one inversion. At 45min, dump the developer, rinsed with distilled water, and poured the fixer and agitated normally for 5 minutes. Then perma wash and running water for rinsing for 7 minutes. Few drops of Kodak Flow and hanged it. Just scanned and saved it.
