Field of view in entire VF of Bessa R

Hi

Wondering what the field of view is outside the largest setting on the bessa (35mm)

I ask because i want a 28mm lens but dont want an aux VF

Anyone know what the viewfinder actually sees in equivalent focal length?

I've used a 28 on my Bessa R, but I never really cared too much. The outer limits of the viewfinder are hard to see (all at one time), but they are close to the 28 frame. Or to say it another way add about 8% on each side.

Check the 90mm framelines. Multiply by 3, see if they fit.

Better to check yourself, because it depends on your eye relief, glasses, etc.

I have been using my ZM 28 with my Rollei 35RF (Bessa R2) and have no big issues. It is good for far objects, but near and middle distance u will need to do your own paralerax adjustments, otherwise the top portion may be cropped.
