I just went to get a film dev'd and went to pick it up and the chap came out and apologised saying the machine went wrong and it ruined my film. Arghhhh!!!! some people shy away from digital saying that it's easy to lose images. Well it is if you don't back them up however when it goes wrong with film there isn't anything to back up!!!
:bang: I'm not amused.

Well, not to take up for digital, but I've a friend who came back from Alaska with two Compact Flash microdrives full of close-up photos of bears. One was unreadable.

There is always danger. With a rangefinder, I've taken a roll of film with the lens cap on. It happens.

Sorry your film was ruined, that truly does suck.

sorry to hear that. It's a sinking feeling when that happens. Finding a good reliable lab nearby is one of the hardest things to do.

I finally found a pro lab that I was happy with, and they do all my color work. But it took lots of miss-steps to get there.

Sorry to hear..

I send all my 35mm and 120 rolls to a pro lab. They mail me back the results. Doesn't cost too much extra!
