Film Scanning

What stores ie. ( Walgreens, Costco, Target etc..) do the best scanning of your film at time of development? We just got a new Costco not 2 miles from my house and for color developing they seem to have more than reasonable charges. Does anyone have experience with using them?

I still use a lab downtown to do archival prints, but for low res. scans whats the best you reccomend?
