Film setting in R-D1

Hi,

do you use customized film setting on your R-D1
or do you stick to "Standard" ?

I have been experimenting with the following:

Edge Enhancement= High
Saturation = Medium
Tint = Medium
Contrast = Medium
Noise Reduction = High

No conclusions yet still experimenting in color and B&W.

Do you have a fav setting to share ?

ps. enclosed picture was captured on the 35/f1.4 nokton sc in jpg and unprocessed.

I tried playing with the settings but it seemed that no matter what I set, the picture I would take really wanted different settings. I suppose if I were more inclined to shoot one type of photography with the camera that I'd be able to settle on something but I'm forever just grabbing it for what ever hits me at the moment. I've gone back to Std and shooting in RAW.

Same here, I have never tried the alternatives though now you mention it I may well give it a go and a quick comparison test. The trouble is I do not have the patience to be thorough about it.
