film storage: envelopes vs negative sleeves

I've been using PrintFile pages since 1981. No problems to report.

I always like reading how folks organize their negs, Johan that is a great method.
 
Printfile currently but negs stored in paper envelopes are none the worse for wear. Printfile makes it easier to view the negs but less real estate for notations, which envelopes are great for.
 
I use the pergamen type negtive sleeves, and find them to be the best for my needs, also because I often hot press my curved negs before scanning.
