Filter Pouch?

Anyone have a particular filter pouch they like for small 39mm filters? The B+W cases are starting to take up more space than I'd like and it would be better to have them all in the same place but all the pouches people seem to make now are way too big for small filters. The only solution I've found is the Nikon CA-2 that holds the drop in filters for the 16mm lens but I think 39mm filters might actually be too big for that after just putting one in a little slot but I could make it work if that's the only solution that's readily available.

I was looking around at old forums and someone suggested using cases for CF memory cards. Looks like a good idea.

A cheap 37mm filter set or close-up lens set, about $10 on the bay, sometimes comes with a folding pouch... donate the filters, keep the pouch?

Or, perhaps you could make yourself a pouch quickly with 2 sheets of "Foamie" from the crafts store, and some double-sided tape or hot glue gun?
