Filters with Voigtlander LH-1 Hood

I'm having trouble mounting a LH-1 hood on my 21/4 and 28/3.5 Skopars (both use 39mm filters). The outside diameter sof all the filters I have found so far are just to big to allow the LH-1 Hood to fit over the filter and reach the hood mounting thread.

Any ideas where I can find a filter that will allow the hood to screw on?
