First Camera Is Good For Sammy

Sammy is my name and I want not the best and not the worst first camera that has a clear lenses and not important what shiny color is it and comes with good cases and belt um to hang around and UNION MADE IN USA. Sammy want to be it not breaking to take back and nice and special. What is one that is like this and I want that lo cost not much for my first camera. This will be my first camera and my mom will buy it not over hundred dollars maybe more for me soon and I don't know which one.?
