first M3..

Congratulations. Do you have a lens to go with it? As I'm sure you know, the 50mm and the M3 are a match made in heaven. My buddy has one of these with a first version collapsible Elmar f/2.8. Gorgeous little system. Enjoy.
 
A wonderful camera to serve you next few decades for very good price. A thorough CLA alone with shutter curtain repalcement by Sherry costs around 350-450$, so you got one sweet deal.
I found aside of 50mm, 90mm Elmarit works wonders on M3, much easier focusing then on my M6 9even with x1.25 magnifier).

Thanks for the comments, I have a 50mm summilux waiting for it here so I'm going to be in seventh heaven when it arrives :angel:

Yes, that was indeed foolprof bet, congrats.
Wouldn't I recently went M3 route to complement my M6, I would probaly also really tempted by this one...

I started with a IIIa and a 50/2 collapsible summitar, and then got an M3, with that lens. Finally broke down and got a 50/2 'cron. Loved it. Later traded the M3 for an M4 which I still have. Miss that VF though.
