Is this one of the newer adapter not made using the Kiev or old Nikon helicals?
On the older mounts, even from camera to camera- I've had some tighter than others. I would check with Amedeo if it is one of the newer ones.

Yes Brian it is all new machined from scratch....I sent him a PM earlier...hoping its something I'm missing. My external mount Nikon-s lenses are 2 cv's, a 21mm and a 85mm and a 35mm Nikkor from the 50's. I am aware that the 21mm is too deep for the M but the other 2 should work I would think....I'll report back.
Thanks....
Thanks....

Could someone kindly provide me, off-line, with the contact info for ordering the adaptor? Many thanks,

Ray, it could be a combination of the adapter and the lenses not quite matching.
I've seen sample variation with the SC mount CV lenses first hand. I once had three new SC mount CV 28/3.5s out on the bench at Fujiya to try on my SP 2005. One was so tight it wouldn't mount, another one was tight but could be forced on, and the other one was perfect. No need to guess which one came home with me
Which 35mm Nikkor do you have?

Awesome results Julien. Precisely the reason why I set up a poll in another thread between this lens and the pre asph.
